LUKE DRAYER, CHAIRMAN
In his role as Chairman, Luke is actively involved with the development of the company’s growth strategy. Prior to founding the company, Luke was the Vice President of Operations for the Joyner Sports Medicine Institute, a Pennsylvania-based outpatient therapy practice that he helped to found and that was eventually acquired by Nova Care, Inc. in 1998. Prior to the Joyner Sports Medicine Institute, Luke was a Director and Chief Physical Therapist at Treasure Coast Sports Medicine based in Port St. Lucie, Florida and a Director at Center Therapy, Inc. based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Luke is a licensed physical therapist and completed his undergraduate education at Lafayette College in Easton, PA where he also played varsity football. In addition, he holds a master’s degree in applied anatomy and physiology and a master’s degree in physical therapy from Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts.
ERIC WILLIAMS, PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
In his role as President and Chief Executive Officer, Eric is responsible for all of the clinical and operational functions for the company and oversees the development and execution of the strategic growth plan. Eric has 27 years of experience in a variety of healthcare settings including outpatient rehabilitation, ambulatory surgery, diagnostics, occupational medicine, and long-term care. Prior to joining Drayer, Eric was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Care-One, a privately held company in Northeast New Jersey that owned and operated 62 skilled nursing facilities and five assisted living facilities. Previously, Eric has served in the following capacities for three other large healthcare companies:
- Executive Vice President of Operations for Physiotherapy Associates
- Chief Operating Officer for Benchmark Medical, Inc.
- Senior Vice President of Operations for HealthSouth
Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in operations and logistics management from Michigan State University.
CRAIG BOUSLOUGH, CHIEF DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Craig is the company’s Chief Development Officer and is responsible for the development of the company’s clinics, including both de novo openings and acquisitions. Craig’s direct reports include the business development team. Craig previously served as the company’s Chief Operating Officer. Prior experience includes eight years at the Joyner Sports Medicine Institute, where he progressed from a Regional Vice President to the Director of Operations. Before the Joyner Sports Medicine Institute, Craig operated his own physical therapy practice in Altoona, Pennsylvania. Craig is a licensed physical therapist and completed his undergraduate and graduate education at Slippery Rock University in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania where he also played varsity football.
KYLE CONLEE, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
As Chief Financial Officer, Kyle oversees all finance, accounting, tax and legal functions within the company, including mergers and acquisitions and revenue cycle management. Kyle is also very involved in the planning and development of new clinics, as well as the management of the company’s lending relationships. Before joining Drayer, Kyle spent the previous nine years with Goldman Sachs Investment Banking, advising corporate clients on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, initial public offerings and other equity and debt financing transactions. He also served as a strategy and process consultant at Accenture for over five years, diagnosing key business issues and developing near-term solutions and long-term strategy. Kyle holds a bachelor’s of science degree from Duke University and a master’s of business administration from Vanderbilt University.
RON BAUM, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Ron is the company’s Chief Operating Officer, and is responsible for the operational and financial performance of the company. Ron’s direct reports include the company’s Senior Regional Vice Presidents, who oversee daily functioning of the company’s clinics. He also oversees Drayer’s Clinical Services department, which is responsible for regulatory compliance, coding and documentation functions, audit response, and quality assurance; the Clinical Education department, which is responsible for Drayer’s continuing education programs, student programs, and Drayer’s residency and fellowship programs; and Drayer’s Work and Industry department, which oversees all facets of the company’s worker’s compensation programs. Ron is a physical therapist, and has 25 years experience in the field of physical therapy, including serving as Regional Vice President at Joyner Sports Medicine Institute prior to joining Drayer in 2003 as Vice President of Clinical Operations. Ron holds a bachelor’s of science degree in Biology from Geneva College in Beaver Falls, PA, where he played basketball, and a master’s degree in physical therapy from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, PA.
GREG BENNETT, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Dr. Greg Bennett is the company’s Executive Vice President and his responsibilities include development and strategic initiatives. Greg is a physical therapist recognized for clinical, administrative and teaching expertise. His experience includes extensive practice and program development in both private practice and corporate enterprises. Greg started his career as a physical therapist in the U.S. Army then co-founded a large private practice with multiple locations. After acquisition, Greg then served as Vice President of Orthopedics, Joint Replacement and Rehabilitation for a large integrated non-profit health system. His duties included business growth and development including conception and implementation of system-wide integrated service lines in both orthopedics and rehabilitation. As a physical therapist, Greg has more than 35 years of clinical and publication experience and has provided consultative and rehabilitation services for numerous professional teams and athletes. Greg is an adjunct professor at Marymount University and works extensively in Haiti, serving as a medical director for the Community Coalition for Haiti (CCH). He completed his undergraduate degree in physical therapy at West Virginia University, his master’s degree at George Mason University and his doctorate at the University of Maryland.
