Drayer Physical Therapy Institute’s commitment to serving the community is just as strong as our commitment to serving patients. Our guiding principles extend far beyond the walls of our centers and the hours in which we operate. Our culture is based upon stewardship and servantship with the expectation that each member of our team will make a difference in the lives of those around them, one person and one community at a time.
Through financial contributions and the volunteer efforts of our employees, DPTI strongly supports many non-profit programs and organizations on both a local and international level. Serving our communities is a company-wide expectation, which is why each full-time employee is given a paid charity day in which they can give back to their local community.
When action meets compassion, lives change.
Each of our centers is involved in their communities in a variety of ways. Since every community is different, with each one having its own set of needs and circumstances, our employees are empowered to get involved and make a positive impact anywhere help is needed. From partnering with schools to holding bake sales in support of local charities, our goal is to enrich the communities where Drayer centers reside.
Some national organizations that we support at a local chapter level include:
Drayer Physical Therapy Institute is privileged to have the opportunity to provide ongoing support for two third-world organizations in Haiti and Jamaica. We provide both financial and clinical support in these developing countries. Clinicians have the opportunity to do medical mission work where individuals have limited to no healthcare resources. Fundraising efforts for these organizations occur on an ongoing basis company-wide.
CCH helps enrich the lives of Haitians, providing them with the basic needs of life. Clinical and non-clinical mission opportunities are available with CCH to Drayer employees. DPTI has partnered with CCH on many projects that have helped to increase quality of life. More specifically, DPTI built a school in Pignon, Haiti, where we continue to provide financial support.
