John Straessle, PT MSM attended Indiana University as an undergraduate. He has been practicing physical therapy since graduating from The Chicago Medical School in 1988. Since then John has practiced orthopedic physical therapy with a focus on disorders of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine. John founded Integrity Physical Therapy of Indiana in 2004. When not at work, John enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.
Cheryl Ertelt, PT received her undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Notre Dame, and her physical therapy education from both Northwestern University and the University of Indianapolis. She has over 30 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy and joined Integrity in 2004. She has a continuing education concentration on myofascial/soft tissue technique, TMJ rehab and joint replacements. In her free time, Cheryl enjoys being a professional wildlife and dog photographer.
Emalese Fuelling, DPT joined Integrity Physical Therapy in August 2015. She graduated from Ball State University in 2012 with a bachelor of science degree in exercise science. She then went on to receive her doctorate of physical therapy from The University of Findlay in 2015. Emalese has clinical experience in orthopedic outpatient, inpatient rehab, pediatrics and wound care settings.
Brittni Roy, DPT completed her bachelor’s degree at IPFW in 2012 and then went on to obtain her doctorate of physical therapy from Central Michigan University in 2015. She has completed continuing education courses on vestibular rehabilitation and enjoys working with a variety of patient populations.
Cristy Fritz, PTA received her associate degree in physical therapy and massage therapy from Ivy Tech Community College and has attended continuing education courses from the upper extremity, to cervical and lumbar spine. In her free time, Cristy enjoys camping and spending time with her family and friends.
Lisa Darvish, PTA received her associate degree from the University of Saint Francis. She is specialized in spine rehab after personally experiencing the benefits of physical therapy after a spinal fracture. Physical therapy gave her pain free living and she lives to provide this gift to others. In her free time, Lisa enjoys spending time with her growing family.
Jenna Dawson, PTA received her associate degree in physical therapy from the University of Saint Francis and has attended continuing education courses specified to the cervical spine and upper extremity. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Lucas Chapman, PTA attended the University of Saint Francis and graduated with an associate degree in physical therapy and a bachelor of health and exercise science degree in 2016. Lucas works with a variety of patients in a diverse population, which focuses on the spine and balance. Outside of work, he enjoys the great outdoors, art and running.
Matt Adams, PTA joined Integrity Physical Therapy in February 2016. He graduated from the Physical Therapy Assistant program at Ivy Tech in 2015, after working in the manufacturing industry for 17 years. Matt has experience in workman’s compensation, geriatrics and orthopedic rehabilitation. Outside of work hours, Matt enjoys camping, fishing and spending time with his family.
